Grease Away™ is a biodegradable grease emulsifier engineered to neutralize, break down and dissolve the remnants of fat based greases and oils left on restaurant rooftops from ventilation discharge, and also grease spills in grease dumpster enclosure areas.

After installing a Grease Gutter™ rooftop grease protection system to contain grease discharge from your ventilator, simply sprinkle the fine white granular beads on the grease saturated surfaces and within a week the harmless by-product of grease can either be rinsed away by hose or the next rainfall. It’s that simple!
Also available in a 5 gallon bucket with two refillable shakers.
