Warranty Policy

All products sold by Restaurant Accessories Store By CJ’s are backed by manufacturer warranties, ensuring they are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty periods and terms vary by product category and manufacturer. Any parts replaced under a manufacturer’s warranty will assume the remainder of the original warranty period.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Manufacturer’s Obligation: Repairs or exchanges will be provided for defective parts under normal use. Pre-authorization is required before any repairs.
  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover accidental damage, negligence, modifications, abuse, misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions.
  • Proof of Purchase: A dated invoice and serial number (if applicable) are required for all warranty claims.
  • Return Authorization: A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be issued before returning warranty parts. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds Policy

General Return Guidelines

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must meet the following conditions:
✔ The product must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.
✔ A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any item.
✔ Returns must be shipped prepaid; we do not accept COD returns.
✔ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
✔ Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. (Cash transactions will be refunded via check.)

Items Subject to Restocking Fees:

  • Opened but unused products returned in new, resalable condition (including all original packaging and components) will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom & Special Order Items – Items that are custom-made or special-ordered cannot be returned.
Used or Installed Products – Any product that has been used, installed, or shows signs of wear is not eligible for return.
Hazardous Materials & Chemicals – Due to safety regulations, these items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Pressure Washers & Commercial Equipment – These items are covered by manufacturer warranties but are not eligible for returns.

Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • In cases of defective or incorrect items received, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Limitation of Liability

Restaurant Accessories Store By CJ’s is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor charges, loss of business, or downtime resulting from product defects or warranty claims. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
